In a deep frying pan, combine butter and vegetable oil. When the mixture is hot, carefully place the pork pieces into the pan. Stirring, fry the meat until light golden brown. Then add finely chopped onions to the pork. Stir and continue frying the ingredients together for 5 minutes.

Then add garlic, passed through a press, and grated ginger root to the meat.

After stirring, continue to fry the ingredients together for one minute.

Then add a tablespoon of cornstarch to the meat. It will help thicken the sauce.

Add cream to pork and vegetables. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the pork in the creamy sauce over low heat for 20 minutes. During this time, the sauce will thicken and the meat will be fully cooked and tender.
