Homemade coffee face scrub made from grounds and ground beans, for acne and with a rejuvenating effect

Skin cells are constantly renewed. The “used” layer must be exfoliated so that the pores do not become clogged and a film is not formed that prevents skin breathing. Therefore, peeling is an integral part of facial care.

Coffee cleansing is acceptable for any skin type. By applying the product with gentle circular movements, you will achieve not only a cleansing effect, but also a massage effect. However, fair-skinned blondes should be careful: the product has coloring properties. Also, you should not use coffee peeling if you have a dermatological disease or are allergic.

Why it's worth a try

Of course, at any time you can use the services of beauty salons or purchase a ready-made scrub in the store. But these are, firstly, expenses. And secondly, the risks. After all, the skin does not always tolerate professional procedures well, and in order to finally choose a suitable store-bought tube, you often have to experiment for a long time.

In the case of coffee cosmetics, everything is different. In fact, there are no additional costs: in the morning you drank a drink, and in the evening you created a powerful scrub from the grounds remaining in the Turk. Just cover the container with the grounds - this will preserve the maximum beneficial properties. Yes, the effect is not the same as that of laser peeling. But, according to reviews, a coffee face scrub is also a very worthy and at the same time gentle, delicate cleansing option.

Tannins, enzymes, and fatty acids that make up coffee give the product the ability to influence metabolic processes in tissues and literally “polish” the integument. Therefore, aromatic grains are used not only in the manufacture of cosmetics for the face, but also for the body - in order to combat cellulite.

I’m sharing the most secret - Coffee body scrub against stretch marks and cellulite

Hello girls!

As usual, I harassed my subscribers on Instagram, but I didn’t fulfill my promise, so I apologize in advance and finally publish this long-awaited post about the scrub)

To my deep regret, I have dry skin that constantly flakes and no products give me 100% results. Plus, even as a teenager, I grew up sharply, so my legs and butt were covered with red and white stretch marks... For a young girl, this is a terrible dream... After undergoing execution using laser resurfacing, some of the stretch marks went away, of course, but the traces of them did not go away... Then I was like a naive I smeared myself with all possible creams, from which I didn’t notice any results at all... And then I read about a scrub, a simple coffee scrub with added oils...

Ingredients:

1. Coffee beans.
Which is sold in any supermarket. I buy an inexpensive one, we don’t drink it, and our skin is not a gourmet) 2. A coffee grinder and a jar in which the scrub will be stored. 3. Oils. I use orange and olive oil. 4. Salt and sugar. 5. Vitamin A and E in balls. I make a scrub in two jars - the first with a fine grind for the face, the second jar with a coarser grind for the body.

Facial scrub:

To remove dead skin cells I use chemicals. peeling once a month cannot be written about by the beautician, because... I use pharmaceutical preparations and exfoliate with coffee once a week. In response to this, my skin pampers me with a fresh color, blush on my cheeks, smooth and clean skin without acne and blackheads.

1. Grind coffee beans in a coffee grinder until they reach sugar.

2. Add sugar and salt to coffee (sugar and salt should be 2 times less in relation to coffee).

3. I add 5 vitamin A balls and 5 vitamin E balls. I add olive oil.

5. Mix all the ingredients well, in the end we should get a fairly loose paste.

Application:

I always use scrubs in the evening, whatever one may say, the skin turns a little red and I wouldn’t want to glow with a pink face, although my redness subsides within 15 minutes). I wash my face well with foam and remove makeup, then wet my face a little with water, take a small amount of scrub and rub it between my palms, then begin massaging my face with soft circular movements. If the scrub seems too rough to you, you can add a few drops of cleansing gel to it (on your palm) and the procedure will become much more pleasant) Afterwards, I thoroughly rinse off the remaining scrub from my face with water and apply a light cream.

Actions:

I have suffered from uneven complexion almost all my life, this scrub dealt with this problem in just 3-4 applications. The skin cleanses very well - over time, the pores become cleaner, there is no inflammation, and I completely forgot about pimples. From the first use, you will immediately feel how smooth and even the skin has become, and most importantly incredibly velvety, and this effect does not disappear the next day! Accordingly, the skin does not peel off and cosmetics fit on such skin much better. I have been using this scrub for 2 years and I can say that the skin does not get used to it and the effect is visible after each use. Coffee and sugar cleanse the skin, coffee gives elasticity to the skin, and oils perfectly moisturize the skin.

P/S: I’m ready to bet with any girl that she will like the effect after the scrub 100%)))

Body scrub: (I didn’t re-post the photos because they will be similar to the photos from the face scrub)

1. Grind coffee beans in a coffee grinder until they reach sugar. 2. Add sugar and salt to coffee (coffee: sugar: salt 3:1:1). 3. Add 10 vitamin A balls and 10 vitamin E balls. 4. Add olive oil and a couple of drops of orange. 5. Mix all the ingredients well, in the end we should get a fairly loose paste.

Application:

After taking a shower or bath, I scrub myself thoroughly with a washcloth, then (while standing in the bathroom) I take the scrub and apply it to my entire body, actively massaging the skin, especially paying attention to my legs and butt) I scrub quite firmly in a circular motion for 15 minutes. The skin takes on a reddish tint and, due to mechanical action, begins to “burn”... The smell in the bathroom is unreal - coffee and orange oil make themselves felt. Then I wash off the remnants of the scrub in the shower and quickly rinse the bath so that there are no traces of coffee left on it.

Little advice:

Before using the scrub, remove all multi-million-dollar jars from the sides of the bathtub so that coffee granules do not get stuck between them, then the process of rinsing the bathtub will be simple and will take no more than a minute)

Actions:

In addition to the fact that dead skin cells are removed, the skin becomes very elastic and incredibly velvety to the touch, like that of a small child, since I have dry skin, for me “baby-like” skin is a luxury. After an active massage of problem areas, my stretch marks practically disappeared; they are only visible at a very close distance, which is unacceptable for other people) Actually, a massage with such a scrub works great against cellulite. After the scrub, of course, I apply a mix of olive and coconut oil (1:2), but only because of the skin’s needs; if the skin is normal, then there will be plenty of moisturizing from the oils in the scrub)

At one time I prepare a fairly large amount of two scrubs at once, then use them for at least six months. Product consumption is very economical. I store the jars on a shelf in the bathroom; over time, the scrub does not lose its properties)

Thank you for reading this long post to the end, I sincerely hope that it will be useful to you. I am Alya)
