  • Water. The taste of the drink depends not only on the quality of the beans, but also on the volumetric component itself. Use raw, filtered or bottled water at room temperature with a salt content not exceeding 250 mg/l.

  • Bean quality. Unsealed packaging and long-term storage lead to the evaporation of coffee oils and the appearance of mold.
