Coffee bean tincture: 5 recipes using moonshine, vodka and alcohol

Craftsmen traditionally use homemade moonshine to prepare all kinds of infusions. Using different ingredients you can get a unique alcoholic drink that is quite suitable for any holiday. Moonshine infused with coffee beans has special properties. Spices, spices, citrus fruits, and honey are often added to the main component – coffee beans, which gives the tinctures a refined taste and a special hue. Such tinctures are stored for several years and at the same time become even more elite. Having chosen the appropriate recipe, it will not be difficult for a beginner to prepare an alcoholic drink using coffee.

Features of coffee moonshine liqueurs

Coffee moonshine

Moonshine infused with natural coffee beans has a tart taste and invigorating aroma. Its consumption in small quantities invigorates, relieves fatigue, increases appetite and helps cope with headaches. But it must be borne in mind that excessive consumption of the drink can lead to increased heartbeat and increased blood pressure, which is especially common in hypertensive patients.

To ensure that the coffee alcoholic drink does not disappoint with its taste, strength and aroma, you need to take only the best ingredients for its preparation:

  • Double purification moonshine with a strength of 40-45 degrees;
  • If the recipe contains water, then preference is given to filtered or spring water;
  • Coffee should be beans or ground beans. Robusta and Arabica coffees are ideally combined with moonshine;
  • It is not advisable to use soluble powder.

The taste of the drink depends on the type of coffee and the degree of roasting. If you want to get a tincture with a tart bitterness, then the grains should be roasted until brown. A milder taste is obtained when using light grains. Before using coffee, you need to take a good look at it. The grains should not be spoiled or have traces of mold. The best drink comes from freshly ground coffee.

Moonshine cannot be purified with coffee. Using an unrefined base with a large amount of fusel oils and harmful impurities will lead to quite the expected effect - after the tincture, hangover symptoms will be clearly expressed. And this is hardly the result that you want to get when doing home winemaking. To prevent this from happening, you must use only high-quality ingredients and strictly adhere to the recipe. High-quality moonshine can be obtained using equipment specially adapted for domestic use. Tinctures prepared with coffee are stored in tightly closed glass containers at a temperature of 18-25 degrees.

Cooking secrets

The quality of the finished product depends primarily on the right ingredients. The good news is that you can use all types and grades of coffee to make intoxicating drinks. The main criterion is the fragrant aroma. Bean, ground and even instant coffee are used.

As for the alcoholic component, there is ample opportunity for creativity here too. This can be good vodka, high-quality alcohol, double or triple distilled moonshine. The main condition is high quality alcohol.

Citrus fruits, aromatic herbs, vanilla, cloves, cardamom and even bay leaves can be used to enrich organoleptic characteristics. These seasonings will turn even the simplest assemblage into a unique one.

From the author

The result is a drink with a simply wonderful orange flavor, a cinnamon aftertaste and hints of coffee. Very elegant!

Moonshine should be used only of good quality, without a strong odor. My husband knows how to make this) If there is no good moonshine, then you can take vodka.

The orange juice will result in a final ABV of approximately 35%. The drink is definitely a ladies' drink; my friends and I really like it. I prepare it for almost every holiday. My husband prefers imitation cognac (there are similar articles on this blog) and nutcracker.

I wish all readers of this wonderful site bon appetit. Perhaps we'll see you again on its pages.

Olga K. for the website vinodela.ru

This is such a simple, but I think Olga sent me a very interesting recipe. Personally, I will definitely try to cook it when the opportunity arises. It is possible to try different variations - make it less strong for women or try making liqueur.

I also encourage you, dear readers, to take part in the competition. And of course I will be glad to any comments.

Bye bye.
