Tincture with coffee and sugar

- - 3 liters of moonshine;
- - 3 tbsp. oak bark;
- - 1 tbsp. honey;

- - 10 black peppercorns;
- - vanillin and/or coriander on the tip of a knife (optional).

Components:
- 500 ml double purification moonshine;
- A teaspoon with a heap of coffee beans;
- Zest from one orange or lemon;
- 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar;
- Vanillin – 1 gram;
- 200 ml water.
First you need to prepare the zest. To do this, peel the fruit in a thin layer, dry it under the sun for 2-3 days, and crush it. Ground coffee, zest, vanillin are poured into the bottle and everything is filled with alcohol. A tightly closed container should be kept for a week in a darkened room, shaking the liquid periodically. After this period, sugar is poured into the moonshine, everything is thoroughly mixed until it is completely dissolved. The tincture is filtered and can be consumed immediately. Tincture with coffee and spices
The drink prepared according to this recipe has a persistent aroma and piquant taste. The spiced tincture is perfect for meat dishes, quickly warms you up in chilly weather and is good to drink outdoors.
Components:
- 3 liters of moonshine with a strength of 40-45 degrees;
- A tablespoon of crushed coffee beans;
- 2-3 bay leaves;
- Cloves -5-7 pieces;
- 2 tbsp. spoons of granulated sugar.
The alcohol needs to be poured into an enamel pan, the prepared coffee and all the spices along with sugar should be poured into the container.
