Ingredients: kiwi – 4 pcs., banana – 1 pc., yogurt – 100 ml, grapefruit juice – 100 ml.

Ingredients: pear – 1 pc., yogurt without additives – 60 ml, fresh mint – to taste, a slice of lime.

Cut the pear into pieces (you can peel them first). Pour in yogurt. Place a few mint leaves and a small slice of lime. Place all ingredients in a blender, squeeze out the lime juice and blend for two minutes.
